Types of Document Templates and Languages

Currently, Familex offers four types of document templates:

a) Family Registry
The Family Member Registry is designed to help users build comprehensive personal profiles for each family member, similar to an extended personal resume.

  • Users can record detailed particulars, background, history, milestones, events, accomplishments, and more about each individual.

  • This feature allows for thorough documentation of a person’s life, preserving their records, stories, and legacy for future generations.

  • Note: Each registry is dedicated to one family member (1 Registry = 1 Family Member).

b) Family Recipes
The Family Recipes feature preserves and celebrates cherished family culinary traditions.

  • Users can record and share timeless recipes and favorite dishes.

  • Includes detailed instructions, ingredients, and personal stories behind each recipe.

  • Ensures that treasured family secrets and flavors are passed down through generations.

  • Note: Each file stores one family recipe.

c) Family Memorial
This template is designed to document and honor deceased family members by recording their final resting places.

  • Helps facilitate Qing Ming, All Souls’ Day, or other memorial traditions.

  • Supports grave cleaning and remembrance practices by keeping track of important details and locations.

d) Family Journal
The Family Journal enables family members to collaboratively create and maintain journals to capture and cherish important moments.

  • Users can upload and organize photos, compose personalized texts, and share memories with loved ones.

  • Ideal for documenting milestones, cherished vacations, or special occasions.

  • Note: Each journal is dedicated to a specific topic (e.g., “How I Met My Wife”).

All Familex document templates currently support the following languages:

  • English

  • Bahasa Malaysia (BM)
