How long are my Rednote messages stored?
Your Rednote message is securely stored in our system until the delivery is confirmed. Once delivered, the message will remain available for download for 60 days, after which it will be permanently deleted from our system.

No, once a Rednote consignment is confirmed, editing or downloading from Rednote User Portal is not allowed. However, since you record the video message using your own device before uploading, you can keep a backup copy for yourself. Additionally, when you upload your Rednote, a copy is automatically stored in your Google Drive as an extra backup. This ensures that you still have access to your original message outside of the Rednote system.
Is there a way to recover a Rednote message after it has been deleted?
No, once a Rednote message is deleted from our system, it cannot be recovered. We strongly advise recipients to download and save the message within the 60-day window to avoid loss.

Rednote messages are stored in a secure, encrypted environment until delivery. To ensure your message is preserved:
