Deleting a Familex Document
Delete Document
At the Document Page, select the document you wish the delete and click on the Trash Can button.
Confirm the deletion to proceed.
Once a document is deleted, sharings will also be removed automatically and the document will no longer be available on our server. This process cannot be undone.
Delete Media
At the Media Page, select the media you wish the delete and click on the Trash Can button.
Confirm the deletion to proceed.
Once a media is deleted, sharings will also be removed automatically and the media will no longer be available on our server. This process cannot be undone.
Who Can Perform Deletion?
Deletion of Familex Documents or Media must be done using the User Portal.
Therefore only you can perform the deletion.
Other editors are not able to perform deletion.
Deleting documents or media will free up your storage allocation.
